“In my younger years I was never a big fan of exercise, in fact I hated it. As I started to get older and more of those aches and pains started surfacing, I have come to realize that the key to living longer is through motion. I have been with Mighty Maestro now for a couple of years and am truly enjoying all the different workouts that I am being put through. Coach Austin keeps us on our toes with a variety of exercises, whether it be, free weights, core strengthening, cardio, and of course, the “favourite” dance segments. I am also a big fan of the bootcamp style (circuits) that Jordan, The Maestro himself, puts me through, and can expect to feel it the very next day. Woking out at least 3 times a week has helped me with my everyday stress and my overall sleep. I am proud to be part of this healthy workout community and can’t wait to hit that hill at Mooneys Bay.”

If we’re talking about the power of consistency, Louisa is an example for us all! As a member of the Mighty Maestro community, Louisa has grown by leaps & bounds in her strength & endurance. Her tenacity through the toughest exercises and her bright spirit elevate our class’s energy every time! She may not always give herself enough credit for how strong she is, so we’ll do it for her! Louisa conquers advanced circuits, exhausting plyometrics, and many many minutes of dreaded (but loved) planks – she’s a perfect addition to the member of the month and a warrior!

A message from the Maestro

 

I want all my clients to know that fitness does not stop at the gym. Having a certification as a nutritional consultant enables me to teach effective eating habits to my clients. Simply put, your fitness results depend upon what you are eating at home. Whether you are looking to slim down or bulk up, I can show you the right things to eat and when to eat them. I want to work with you to find the best foods to sustain your body long term. I don’t want my clients feeling deprived or stressed out from their diets. I want to inspire long term, healthy eating habits that work for the individual. I am not looking for quick money, or to help you drop twenty pounds in a few months just to gain it all back. I want my clients to gain real results that will last. I will look over your strengths and weaknesses top to bottom. I will craft a specialized program just for you depending on what you need to feel the best you can possibly feel. I don’t want you to fizzle out – your success is my success. I will teach you development and functionality, how to build strength to prevent injuries. As we progress in our training together, your workouts will progress along with you. Every step of the way we will be checking in to see how you feel, and how your body is responding. I will be there for any questions you have along the way, to support you and keep you feeling excited about your journey.
